Registered Manager - Mrs Monica Pereira de Sousa Pedro
Monica has been a registered Nurse for 20 years. She has a level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care and has been with the Regency Nursing Team for 10 years.
Monica has been in a leadership role since 2020, having started as Clinical Lead.
She became Regency Nursing Home's Registered Manager in November 2023.
Assistant Manger- Lee-Anne Blythe
Lee-Anne has been part of the management team for over a year, and is a well-known face around the home to residents, family members and visiting professionals.
Lee-Anne has previous managing experience within the local care home sector.
Director of Care
Regency Nursing Home is supported by our Director of Care from our head office in London, ensuring full compliance and maintaining the highest standards of care.
Deputy Manager- Sandra Magara
Sandra has recently joined Regency's management team after working with our sister home in this position for over six years.
She has a wealth of local care home experience, aiding our staff to offer the highest level of care.
